Question about Blu Cell Phones
Just about everything I can think of and information I have picked off the net. this is driving me crazy. is there a real user's manual for this phone anywhere I am running Android 4.2.1
Possibly the SD card may be damaged. May not be the news that you'd want t hear, but the possibility lies that this may be the case. Try another SD card and see what happens. You can get the user manual online (I guess)....

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi, with the Cookie you have to set your camera and video settings to external memory seperately, even though you have already made external memory your primary storage....its weird! I don't have the phone with me right now to check but open up the camera by clicking the button and while the icons are on the screen tap the one that looks like a cog, this takes you to the settings page for the camera, under one of the tabs here you will see two memory type options. Tap the 'external memory' option and away you go! You need to do the same with the video settings.

SOURCE: LG KF600 MOBILE PHONE
Allyou have to do is to format you Micro SD from YOUR OWN mobile phone Lg KF 600, then it will make it according to it's own needs after that you will be able to connect it with USb (like hard drive & NOT sync!!) and to put all you want. That's all.))

this may help you get around your problem
1. Make sure the microSD card is inserted in the phone.
2. Plug the phone into the USB slot on your computer using the G1 USB cable.
3. Watch the notification bar at the top of the G1 main screen. After the computer connects on the USB port, you will see a small USB icon appear on the notification bar.
4. Drag the notification bar down and select the USB connection notification. A popup will appear asking you if you want to mount the microSD card on the computer. Select "mount." After a second, the PC should detect the card.
5. You can now copy files to and from the card like any other USB storage device.
When you're finished, open the Music app, and select the Songs icon and you should see all your music files listed. The phone will read the files and sort them by album name and artist name as well.

The problem could be your SD card. Try your SD card on a friends phone. If the same problem occurs, get your SD card repaired. Most SD card companies provide you with unlimited warranty so there should not be a problem.

Try formatting your SD card by plugging in Laptop's or using a memory card reader. Don't use the cell, after formatting insert in cell and re-format. it will work.
