If this is a diesel tractor. You need the glow plugs to cycle or it will never start

Try taking off the cables and shining up the battery terminals and the insides of the cable connectors with a piece of sandpaper and reattach the cables and try to start again. If this doesn't work, next try removing the spark plugs and shine up the spark area (center pin and sparking arm) with your .sandpaper and replace. If still no luck, it could be a fuel issue. You will need to check whether fuel is getting to the cylinders. Remove one spark plug and briefly turn over the engine and then shut it off. Do this very briefly for the sake of safety. If the open cylinder is wet (feel in the open spark plug hole with your little finger), it is getting gas. If it is dry then the fuel is not getting to the cylinder and there is a fuel plug somewhere in the system. This is more difficult to diagnose as it could be a problem with the carburetor, the gas line filter or the gas line may be plugged.

Kubota B 1700 not charging

With everything connected and the engine running, you should see a charging voltage of about 13.5 ~ 15 VDC on the battery terminals. Engine off and and lights / or some other load on the battery should show around 12.5 VDC.

If the 14 ~ 15 VDC charge voltage is present when running, and the battery fails to start the engine; it could indicate a poor connection at the battery posts, dead or failing cell(s) or failing starter.

Have a look at the video below - even though it's about cars charging systems, it applies. Good luck!

A gas kubota zg327 mower that is not charging

small mower batteries only last a couple years but charge the battery and put on a volt meter check the voltage when off then start it and see if the voltage goes up if it does remove the negative battery cable and put a test light between the cable and the battery if the light lights up you have a draw unplug the charging system and see if the light goes out a bad diode in the system will drain a battery

I have a travelmate 4060 laptop and I just replaced the battery through best buy with a generic one that was compatible. It is always saying 23% full. How do I charge this battery?thank you

1)Reason:
a.The battery has no voltage.
b.There is problem with charger, as it has no output electric current.
c.Low charging efficiency due to external cause.
2)Solutions:
a.Test whether the charger has voltage and output electric current or not.
b.Check if the charger is well contacted with battery.
c.Activate the battery with voltage and current 1.5 time higher then the highest ones of battery. (Use this method only when the battery can't be charged.)

Acer Travelmate 4060. Dead. Flashes power/battery led once when I hit the power button then nothing

Try removing the battery and plugging the machine in as if you were going to charge it, then try starting it up.

If it doesn't start up, check the connections on the adapter. If everything looks fine then theres a possibility that you have a broken adapter.

Is it hard on diesel garden tractors run for short time? 45 mins-1hr? kubota gr2110 or 2100

Short runs are not hard on the unit. As long as there is oil pressure and the battery stays charged your not going to hurt it at all. Kubota diesels are very reliable.

I installed a new battery in my B6200 Kubota tractor. the tractor sat for 2 years, so I don;t if the charge light worked then or not. Now the charge light won't go out

check the voltage at the battery when its running if its charging below 13.5 volts then you have a bad alternator or charging system not working properly
