Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Sorry but 'Fixya' can't fix it. Have you contacted Amazon? You should inquire and follow up on this. Could it possibly be an eBay purchase billed thru Amazon? I know I was upset when I saw on my paypal statement a payment to Amazon when I had never purchased from them, but turned out an eBay seller I'd purchased from had items listed thru amazon. I just thought I'd mention this Good Luck hope you get it worked out I certainly wouldn't pay for something I didn't get

Amazon Prime membership of $105.93 was billed on July 3 and August 10, 2017 Please credit my Visa with $105.93 as this is a duplicate payment. Thanks

This request must be directed to Amazon. Visit amazon.com, sign into your Prime account, look for Manage your Prime, and you should be able to see a statement, and request an adjustment.

I never signed up for prime, didn't know anything about it until i received my amazon statement. I DO not want it and would like to cancel, I don't seem to be able to locate where I can do that

There are many ways you can be duped into a "free trial" Amazon Prime membership. Then later the bills come and many don't catch it. Here is a link to instructions on how to cancel your Prime Account...

I was charged for Amazon Prime on my credit card.. I never ordered it and I would like to call someone.

There is a phone number on your bank statement for Amazon Prime. I have paperless statements so I just went to my on line bank statement and hey there it was. It happened to me also. They will refund, usually as a one time gesture of good faith. Sometimes it's ordered by accident. It takes a while to get it back to your account though, just a heads up.

Please advise why my credit card has been charged 79.00 10/12/14 reference on statement 50360000010027900.00 I do not have any idea what this amount is for! Marlene

Hi
Amazon have run several free trial periods for Amazon Prime which has certain benefits, and at the end of the trial period they charge the annual fee, £79, to a registered card, unless you cancel within the trial period.
You can find out more about it by going here:
Amazon co uk Help Amazon Prime

You do not need to sign in to Amazon for this but you will have to to Manage Your Prime Account, if you wish to cancel Amazon Prime membership.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

I was charged for Sept. Amazon prime. I have no record of receipt.

You should go onto amazon and live chat and explain that you did not want to sign up to amazon prime, it happened to me before and I told them it was an accident and they refunded it, live chat is available here
