Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. Problems with screen size
Look out for 2 x 2.2uF electrolytics (sometimes red in color)
Vertical height oversize
The eprom was found to be faulty (nvm)
Pressing the screen format button displays wide, smart, zoom and 4:3 modes but settings have no effect on picure
Enter TT35 in the service mode to select a 4:3 CRT
