Hello Carol, It sounds like your camera doesn't want to wake up. LOL try to take a picture right away. The disk may be full.
Another option is to make sure the battery is in it correctly and that it's the same brand as your camera.
And your next best thing is to take it to radio shack, they might be able to do something for you. God Bless you. -Lena

My camera wont stay on it bleeps once then turns off

That sounds like your battery could be dead/not hold a charge. If you've charged your battery already and your camera still won't stay off and turns off right away, it's time to purchase a new battery for your Samsung TL105.

You can purchase replacement batteries quite cheap here:

Will not power up

There are several reason why digital camera doesn't stay ON even when the batteries are fully charge or use brand new batteries. You can try to do the following steps to make sure that there is something wrong on the camera and not just batteries.

- Remove the batteries from the camera and the memory card
- Make sure that your using a brand new batteries
- Clean the battery contacts with a clean dry cloth
- verify that the batteries are inserted correctly
- Set the camera in Auto then turn it on
[Listen if there is a grinding sound on the lens part of the camera.]

Most Digital Camera turn itself Off when the lens won't zoom. So, if your camera start up and lens moves before it turns off and you can switch it on a different mode and it works. You need to contact your camera manufacturer and have the camera sent for repair. It might be wiring issue on the lens part of the digital camera

Back in those from kodak and ok again. Tried philips also ok.
So try different brand and find out. Good luck.

Battery warming up the camara

Was your camera working before you put the new battery? if yes, then its possible some dirt or grit has got stuck between the lens and the body and therefore you motor might be warming up.

Since you 've bought a new battery, I dont think It may not be the battery, the way you are explaining. It could be the lens motor itself, since its warming up.

Try to do the following: ( I 've got this checklist from the forum itself)

Remove the batteries from the camera, wait a few minutes. Put a fully charged batteries back in and turn the camera on. if it doesnot work then,

2: Remove the batteries again, as also remove the memory card. Then install the newly charged batteries, when you turn it on it should come back to life.
3: Insert the cameras Audio/Video (AV) cable, and turn the camera on. Inserting this cable ensures that the camera's LCD screen remains off during the start process. Thus extra battery power is available to the camera's lens motor during start up. This extra power can be useful to overcome any grit or sand particles that may be jamming the lens.
4: Place the camera flat on its back on a table, pointed at the ceiling. Press and hold the shutter button down, and at the same time press the power-on button. The idea is that the camera will try to autofocus while the lens is extending, hopefully seating the lens barrel guide pins in their slots.
5: Blow compressed air in the gaps around the lens barrels with the idea of blowing out any sand or grit that may be in there jamming the lens. Other variations include blowing with a hair dryer in “no heat” setting, or sucking the gaps with a vacuum
6: Repeatedly tap the padded/rubber usb cover with the intent of dislodging any particles that may be jamming the lens. Other variations include hitting a side of the camera against the palm of your hand.

Try the above and let me if its any help.
Best of luck

Kodak Easyshare CX7530 won't stay powered on

SOLUTION: Fot the past two years, fully charged NiMH and new alkaline (generic and fresh Name Brand batteries) in my CX7530 always gave a red light and immediate power off -- symptoms of low batteries. Today I tried it again with the same problem. This time, I folded up a small piece of stiff paper to depress the small Lithium battery module detect switch in the battery compartment, and put my NiMH batteries back in -- it WORKED for the first time in two years! After removing the paper and reinserting the batteries, it still works. I suspect this somehow recalibrates the low battery detect circuit. I hope it helps you as well.

Well thats what I did and taadaa IT WORKED. I am so excited that I save $181 and my camera is working just as if it was brand new. I hope this solution helps someone!
