Learn what to do if an app you downloaded from the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open.
Follow the steps below and test the app after each step.
Restart the app
Close the app and open it again.
Restart your device
Turn the device off and on.
Update your device software and your apps
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
Update your apps:
Open the App Store and tap Updates.
If updates are available, tap Update All.
If asked, enter your Apple ID password. The updates will download and install.
You might need a Wi-Fi connection to update some apps.
Install another app from the App Store
If your installed app won't open, download and install a free app that isn't on your iOS device. This should reset your Apple ID authorization.
Remember to use the same Apple ID that you used to download the app that you're having issues with.
Reinstall the app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.

just after installing this app? or first run or after many runs? context? what OS? XP,w7 or W8 is the program APP matching the OS you are running. its no suprise running XP APPS on w7 or w8 , they are more protected.
here is my solutions> 1: DL the app that matches your OS. 2: or ask the makers of said app for help. 3: ore join their forum and ask for help there.
This is an issue with the app, try changing the page transition to something other than "Page curl", otherwise your only option is to contact the developers and wait for them to update the app to resolve your problem.
