To delete a contact from the BBM app you can do the following from within the BBM app:

1. Open your BBM App and tap on contacts list.
2. Touch and hold on a name.
3. Tap Delete.

Factory reset the phone that will reset the password

"Bbm e.mail password" could mean a lot of things. I think you may be saying that you have forgotten your email password, but "Bbm" could mean a lot of things. Do try, when asking questions, to refrain from using shorthand or abbreviations as, as smart as we are, we really don't know all the acronyms.

In any case, if you can't remember your password look for the "Can't remember password" button next to where you log in. There is almost always one. Click it and go through the steps to reset your password.

downloading terms and conditions and then read this wont work. you have to read it on the login page.
If T&C is "underlined then it is a link". so click this link and scroll to the end of terms & cond.
in some cases you need to do this to get the box to click on accept T&C.

Hi there.

When you try to unlock the phone more than 5 times it locks the phone but only for 30 seconds and you can try again, this is right from Sony's site, you will have to call them for the only way I know is to either try to remove everything from the phone, Sim, Battery and leave it for 10 minutes and try it, if not then you can try Sony's default unlock code 0000 . other than that see if you can get into the phone menu somehow to turn it off or do a Factory Reset.

the only way I know is to master reset it, create new google account or use the previous one to activate it.

To solve this we need to remove the micro-SD...back it up and Hard Reset the phone.

Follow the following steps to hard reset your phone:
1. Turn off the phone
2. Hold both right and left buttons (the ones right under the screen, don’t know the name)
3. Press power button, while still holding the others
