Another way is by going back to the company who refilled the cartridge and get them to reset the chip on the cartridge

Sometimes you need to install a new NOT REFILLED cartridge for a few minutes or page printings to get the system to accept that the cartridge has been changed ie replaced with the manufacturers NEW part and then the refilled one will work just fine. It is a way to force purchase of OEM cartidges.
