PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. Dialing Numbers or FDN list is a SIM card based security feature which
allows the phone to be "locked" so that it can only dial certain
numbers, or numbers with certain prefixes.
A PIN2 code
(numeric password) protects the allowed list of numbers from being
changed by any person who does not know the PIN2 code.
FDN mode, your device will restrict outgoing calls, except for the
numbers stored in the FDN list.
To activate FDN
1.) In idle mode, open the application list and select
Settings ? Call settings ? Fixed Dialling Numbers ? Enable FDN.
2.) Enter the PIN2 supplied with your SIM or USIM card and
