Hi there what color are the mike wires trans, recive, audio, and screen

The colors shouldn't matter.... check the mic switch. and follow your wires to the mic plug. the common wire is normlly the ground to allow RX then when pressed for TX the other should then be your audio which will be connected to the mic element.. using this method you can wire any mic to any radio.. pending the mic element ohm value impedance is correct for the radio.

I Have 2 recivers and 4 mics but can't use all 4 only 2 works

A wireless mic receiver will only reliably work with one mic at a time. For that reason, you need to have 4 receivers in order to use 4 mics simultaneously. You could switch back and forth between mics by setting them to the same frequency and turning them on and off, but they will not work reliably if they're both on at the same time.

I got a new mic and I cant get it to sync to my reciver it is a PGX4 and the mic is a PGX2

The mic is probably in a different frequency band than the receiver. Look at the stickers on the receiver and the mic to make certain they operate in the same frequency range.

Bad mic? dirty mic pins? If the mic is bad, you will have no receive.

My video out on my home theater system wont work.

your reciver probabily wont pass progressive through it, Hook the audio from the box to your reciever, and the video directily to your tv, thats a better way to do it anyway, your tv has alot better video prossesor than your reciver , or hook both audio and video to your tv, and run audio output from your tv to the reciver

A buzzing sound

The cables always a usual suspect, but if you are using a tube mic, wich have their own power supply, you don't use phantom power and it can damage the mics power supply, so take phantom power off that mic and if that doesn't cure the buzz then I would change the cable next.
