First check to see if the blow off valve is seated right. There should be one near the outlets for the hoses next make sure the drain at the bottom of the unit is all the way closed

Make sure that you have the right oil in it, you can damage the compressor if you are using standard motor oil and that will also cause it not to fill up, check the belt as well, it may be slipping when it combatting pressure

Air goes to only 60psi and keeps runnings

These non lubricated compressors have a "plastic" piston ring that eventually wears out. The ring is not available as an individual part. You need to purchase a piston and cylinder kit and possibly a new valve plate as well.

Compressor doesn`t stop and only goes to 60 pounds

Your compressor goes on and off based on the pressure. If it only goes to 60 # and no more, I would say it is worn out. The rings most likely. It can be repaired ... but before you go get the parts, consider that if the rings are worn, so too is the rest of the machine ... Consider the price and time to repair your machine and compare to a new machine before you get started.

Need to adjust Sq D 9013 GHG2

Here are the ranges your your pressure switch.
9013GHG2
Fluids / Pressure controlled Water or Air
Cut-0ut PSIG (bar) 60-200
Cut-In PSIG (bar) 40-170
Weight lbs (kg) 2 lbs (0.91) 2 lbs (0.91)

First set the cut out pressure turning the nut on the spring. To raise the pressure turn nut clockwise depressing the spring. Adjust this so you device stops at 110 psi. Remember when you raise the cutoutpressure the cut in pressure will also raise. When you get the cut out pressure at 110, then your cut in presure will be approx 90 psi (current 60psi +30psi you raised the cut out pressure). Now you can lower the cut in pressure but backing out the differential nut, the smaller size. Until the device cuts out aht the 80psi you want.

Tank does not fill to proper psi. tank fills to 60 psi motor keeps running but wont fill to 150 that its supposed too. when i shut off compressor no air leaking????

strip the cyclinder off and inspect the valves if closing and opening also check to make sure you dont have a blown head gasket also on the tank from the pipe from the pump unit is a gold valve you need to open the end off this valve with the tank drained and turn the ruber around with the spring inside and replace this if still doesnt work get back to me bud

Porter-cable compressor stops and restarts at about 60psi

You prolly have a leaky gasket in the main valve. Air is leaking and causeing it not to go about 60psi, you probably have it set to reach a high PSI but since the leak is not allowing it reach above 60 it keeps cycling trying to get above it

No air pressure past 60PSI on a 125PSI Campbell Hausfield WL61110

Your comperssor is oilless type and suffers from short cylinder / piston life. When the compressor no longer reaches cycle pressure the cylinder / piston should be replaced. These parts are available at www.chpower.com I believe that the part number is wl210300aj. Not expensive, enjoy.
