Kind of depends on your OS, your browser, browser add-ons, browser security settings, maybe your firewall, etc - in general, in IE you may simply need to check your internet settings and add yahoo.com to your safe sites list, or whitelist it in a script blocker or pop-up blocker - the yahoo login uses a pop-up window I believe... far more detail is need for more extensive troubleshooting.
