Question about Cell Phones
I would have to ask if you are able to browse around the phone? Meaning, can you open apps and download things? If so, you would have to reset the phone. In order to reset the phone, go to setting. Under settings tab,go to accounts. Below the accounts section, there would be a subsection that says 'Backup Options'. Here, you should see Cloud and Backup and Rest. Click on backup/reset.Once you get here, you have the 'Personal Info' section. You should see 'Factory Reset' in this area. Now you can press this and have everything erased from the phone.Depending on the circumstances, you can have your phone backed up before you reset so that you still have important info such as contacts or memos. This only applies if the main account on this phone is YOUR email. Sometimes its not the accounts. Its the e-mails themselves. To fix this area, go to settings once again. This times, go to accounts. You should see e-mail. Click on this one. You should now be able to view the entire list of e-mails linked to the phone. Whichever e-mail accounts that you don't want, click on them and you should see 'Remove Account' at the bottom right next to 'Sync Now'. They should be able to be erased as long as they are not linked to the account that you have set up your galaxy around. Hope this helps.
