Hi,
First remove the filter (if you can do this easily) - place a roasting pan under it to catch the water.
If you cannot get to any filter, remove the rear pipe from the waste pipe, and check it is not obstructed.
If it looks good enough, try a hot wash with 1 cup of soda crystals. This should clear any accumulation of grease in the pipes.
If still no good, you may have to open up the machine to clear any internal filter before the pump, and check pump vanes are still intact.

its the drum bearings there worn out try opening the door and lifting the top of the drum with your fingers if there is any life and the drum drops back when you let it go its them bearings,, then spin the drum by hand is should grumble or growl,,,if it dont do any of this, it could be the "spider" broken off, its an ally part that holds the drum bearings and the drum up,

Something wrong the pump would prevent the machine draining and generate an F5 code.

Hi
Error F5 means that the pressure switch is jammed on full. This may have happened due to blockage or obstruction in drain hose. To be sure check whether hose is plugged, if not then remove lower rear panel of the washer.
Now you would be able to see drain pump and a large black hose on bottom of drum. Remove the hose from the pump; remember to keep a container near you to collect the water from the filter/pump. Remove and clean the drain filter connected with the pump and hose. Clean the pump and let it dry for a while. Now restart the washer after 2-5 minutes and your issue would be resolved. Please post back for further assistance. Hope this helps...

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
For the F05 presumably you found and cleared/cleaned the drain filter ;-0)
F09 is rather a more difficult problem as it decodes as an 'incorrect or faulty EEPROM'. I presume you have tried disconnecting power and reconnecting again? If you have I'm afraid it will need an engineer to fix ;-0( Sorry, John C
