Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I'm new to ebay and paypal. I sold two items

In Paypal there should be a spot with your transactions. All you need to do is click the transaction details and then about halfway down it should say issue a refund and just go through that and it should get it sent back where its supposed to.

Changed my email address

Hi there!

On an email server you can not change names although you may change passwords. However, the only way for you to use rita.martinez3@bigpond.com is to create a new email address here (https://bigpond.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5750) and if you still want to receive emails from (r.bravo@bigpond.com) you click at (Set up email forwarding) in that way you got your new name email address while receiving emails from the old address.

I hope this could help

Hey there Ann.
First of all you would have to retrieve the original PayPal address where the previous donations were sent to. Once you have it contact PayPal support as you have a special case and they will redirect you to the right department and hopefully get you back on track.
Have fun and Good luck with tkwolf :)

I do not want to receive emails from PayaPal. I don't believe I have ever used your service. Please delete my name, email address and any other information you may have regarding Charles a. Triplett.

If PayPal is really sending you emails that you do not wish to receive, simply call them and ask for assistance to be removed from the mailings. Go here for their contact information: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab
If you have never used PayPal and are still receiving emails from PayPal, they are most likely spam. If they are spam emails, you have a few options: A) Contact your Internet Provider and report the spam emails to them so they can block the spammers B) Use an email service that has better spam protection such as Google's Gmail C) Use an email client that has a decent junk detector like Mozilla's Thunderbird

Change my old email adress; youme2b@yahoo.com.au..... not longer used to you4hs@yahoo.com...... cant change it because no convermation recieved at new address

Hello,

Confirmation emails can take anywhere from 1 minute to a couple of days to be received in your email. A couple of days is rare, but it can happen. I would recommend that if after a day or two you don't receive the email to contact PayPal support so they can help you with the email change on your account.

Invalid use of paypal

Most times, people receive all kinds of emails from people they do not know. And from experience they are usually scams. Please do no reply to the emails, all you is to ignore them or send an email to pay pal reporting these emails.
