Question about HP Televison & Video

Hi! I have a 2006 HP High Def Plasma TV model CPTOH-0602, serial CNH6131576. It lost picture, I can hear sound. Wonder what couls be the problem?

Rebooting basically.

I had the same problem today, Hp wanted $629+tax to fix. With a little mechanical ablity anyone can fix this.
1. remove back covers
2. left-hand side is the video board
3. two white fuses
4. replace

this fixed mine and they only cost $1.50 each

Basic info not reading pressosor and memory


Most free software out there wont read above a dual core...reboot into bios by hitting f2 at reboot and look for temp there.

Powrss on but will not reboot. Using Vista basic


TRY GETTING INTO F12 AND CHANGE THE ORDER OF THE START DRIVE IF THAT DON'T WORK YOU WILL NEED THE REBOOT DISK AND REPEAT THE SAME STEP.

You will need to either:

Contact Toshiba to supply a restore disc.

or

Borrow an operating system disc from someone you may know and use the Windows COA that matches yours (eg. Vista Home Basic) to reinstall Windows.

Reboot to factory settings without disc


Can you still log in to Windows Vista?
e machine has a RECOVERY MANAGEMENT allows you to restore sytem to factory default or reboot and tap F10 and follow instructions.

Reboot basically means to "restart" the computer. You have a soft reboot which means hitting the reset button on the front of the computer or going to the start, shut down, restart computer. A hard reboot is shutting the system off completely and then turning it back on.
