I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ALSO WITH MY SMART TV.... IT STARTS TO RELOAD NETFLIX AND THEN STOPS. THIS DOESNT HAPPEN ALL THE TIME, BUT WHEN IT HAPPENS, I TURN OFF THE TV AND UNPLUG IT FOR A MINUTE THEN PLUG IT BACK IN, AND START NETFLIX AND IT STARTS PLAYING AGAIN.... I DONT KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENS, IT MUST BE A GLITCH WITH THE WIFI, NETFLIX OR TV.
THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY ON WHAT I DO.
GOOD LUCK.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Netflix has 25 percent black screen at the top!!!

Your screen resolution is incorrect for the resolution of the Netflix stream, try changing the size settings on your TV. (If your TV is not a modern flat screen it will be over scanned )

Problems streaming Netflix continuously from home theatre system

The problem can be the memory inside the player, but is more likely the internet download speed you've chosen for your service. It should be at least a 20 gig download speed. You'll also want to make sure your router/wi-fi hub is capable of the higher download speeds as well. I had 7 gig download initially and had the same problem. By upgrading the router and the download speed with my internet provider, it immediately fixed the problem. Try watching Netflix on your computer, and my guess is you'll have the same problem with buffering Netflix streaming on it as well. That will let you know it's the internet speed, not your blu-ray player.

I have a HT-C6600 samsung home theatre and while I watch Netflix a error message comes on and says I have a slow internet connection and will cause pauses in the movies I watch. How can I fix this issue

If you have it running off of a wireless connection, try plugging it in with an ethernet cable. Also to improve connection make sure no one else using your internet connection is using it while you are watching netflix.

Computer shuts down watching netflix.........1/2 way into a movie Dell Inspiron 1525mj

The most likely thing is that you need to adjust your power savings settings on the computer in Control Panel. Watching a movie doesn't register as "activity" to the system so if you are set to Sleep or Hibernate after an hour that would typically cut you off half way thorught the movie.

You can change the power savings settings or every 30-40 minutes move the mouse around or click the keyboard etc. to restart the timer.
