Question about Computers & Internet
Call the better business bureau and the dept of cosumer affairs in the state where you live. Have all the paperwork that they gave you and that you signed. You can also try the agency that handles finance in your state but I would start with the BBB first and find out exactly what they rooked you into. In most cases though the old motto, Let the buyer beware holds true. You also need to read every single document you have that you signed and initialed.

If your signed paperwork clearly shows that you are being charged differently than the paperwork states, tell the dealer that either they fix it or they can take the car back. You may have to seek legal redress to get this fixed. If your paperwork does not show it clearly then you might have a problem getting them to fix it as they might dig in their heels and say you just did not read what you signed. Unfortunately, just because you "thought" you were getting six months of no payments means nothing if your paperwork does not indicate that. They might very well say you bought a demo and only new products qualified for that promotion. Good luck.

Is it possible that Hirschel Levine is the "owner" of TMR Promotions ?
If so, then it would 100% "normal" for him to collect the payment that you sent.
