Do you mean BMO as in Bank Of Montreal? If so, it's easy.
Go into the BMO Website, click on the 'Sign In' button in the top right corner of the screen and a Login page appears. Select which you want, Credit or Debit field. Type your password and you're on business. If it's not Bank of Montreal, then, sorry, I can't help you.
Im not sure what ? log onto your paypal account under profile you will see your credit/bank cards over to the right you will see a contact us tab tell them of your problem/dilemma make a list of problems you have with regarding your account and see if they can help im sure they will help other than that you will have to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266 6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve this issue hope this helps don
