Tool attachment won't **** up solution

Check to make sure the Floor/Tools dial is set to tools. The dial should be on the side of the unit or on top of the dirty water tank depending on your model.

Wont spray the cleaner n water out

check the dial setting. - presoak, off, cleaner, rinse
is cleaner bottle correctly inserted?
is clean water resevoir empty?
is dirty water resevoir full?
these items will prohibit the water/cleaner from coming out.

Powerwash Powerbrush machine not sucking

It might be clogged, but you would be able to see the clog through the clearview water suction area. There are a couple areas to check:
1. The black gasket where clearview water collecting unit and the base's front meet.
2. Check if you're getting sufficient suction: remove the water collecting unit. When you turn on the the unit, you'll feel suction out of a black hose pointing upwards next to the grey dial. If you're not getting sufficient suction you need to check that all the gaskets are seated properly. there are 3 gaskets: (1) an orange one seated between the black hose and the base unit (2 and 3): On the bottom of the unit there is a removeable panel. This panel has a gasket (red) and inside there is a white gasket.

Bissell Power wash /powerbrush sprays the carpet ok ,but when empty doesn't fill up with any dirty water from the carpet .Is there anything I am not doing correctly

It sounds like the suction isn't working right. Check the dirt tank to make sure it is on correct and check the red plastic filter on the dirt tank to make sure that it isn't clogged.

Whare does the dirty water go in the bissel 12 amp pro heat carpet cleaner

the clean water goes into a "Bladder Bag" that is located inside the tank. The way it is designed to work, as the clean water dispenses from the bladder bag, the outer part around the bladder bag fills with the dirty water. It never touches the clean water. Seems wierd, but it works! I hope this helps, if it does, please give feedback, as it helps me to gain ratings. Thank you! Remember to have your cleaners serviced every year by a qualified tech! My bissell powerbrush won't **** up the water

had same problem - carpet soaked with dirty water and very little, if any, cleaning fluid used. Easily remedied. Removed water resevoir and found that the rectangular shaped washer at the top of the front cover (the bit you had unscrewed to give a good clean) had become dislodged. It has small lugs on either size which lock on to the plastic opening when pushed down firmly. Resevoir then sits on top and makes full connection, also ensure that grey locking handle is fully pushed down.

Seemed to me that the water wasn't being sucked up as there was air getting in and this has down the trick. Sorry if this is difficult to follow but all will become clear when you look for the black washer! Good luck
