Hi
I am not absolutely sure that the question as it stands can be answered except with NO YOU CAN'T, because you are asking to install an app for iPhone onto Win8 and it won't work as the two systems are not compatible.
However, I think that there is a Windows version of WhatsApp Messenger. You need to find that and download the Windows installation file and run it on your PC to install the application.
It looks as if a download for PC (hopefully up-to-date for Win 8) can be found here on the orange button:
WhatsApp For PC
The Apps for Windows Phone 8 & 8.1 can be found here:
WhatsApp Download
at the bottom of the list.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

How do I get Quickbooks Simple Start 2010 to run on Windows 8?

Hi,

Unfortunately the old quickbooks simple start 2010 is not desinged for windows 8 operating system,
What you can do is to upgrade to new quickbooks pro 2013 for only $199.96 before tax, or you can have it much cheaper for if you will look to retail store such as costco, techsoup, office depot etc.

Thanks,

I can't install windows 8 for my laptop (SONY vaio PVCEB42FM/BJ)

Installing within Windows might overwrite 7. Depends on what version of 8 you have. You could try from boot up and choose / create a new partition, but it may require you to configure boot loader in order to dual boot.

What is a tile in windows 8?

Windows 8 tiles are an essential part of windows 8 and they replace the small windows icons on the desktop that we used to know. The tiles on the desktop represent all the programs installed on the user's computer. When clicking "Start", all the applications are arranged as tiles on the Windows 8 Start screen.

Officejet 7410 installation fails when it gets to the driver installation on windows 8

Sounds as if the software driver is not correct. I'm sure you downloades the software from HP and when asked for which operating system you checked the Windows 8 option. Being a New OS the driver might be an issue. Look on the HP Officejet 7410 website and look for a troubleshooting/support section.

Adobe Acrobat 8 error 2711

Sounds menacing but it’s fairly easy to fix.
Heres how to fix it:
  1. Download msicuu2.exe (Windows Install Cleanup Utility) from Microsoft, or by clicking on the file name.
  2. Run msicuu2.exe
  3. You will then get a message asking if you wish to roll back the in progress installation. You do.
  4. Install Adobe Acrobat or Reader 8.

Adobe’s more intrusive way of fixing it:
  1. Click Start>Run, type in regedit then hit enter or press ok.
  2. Back up your registry (not actually mentioned by adobe but a good idea whenever you’re about to make changes to the registry)
  3. Look for Key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Inprogress
and delete the key if it exists.
  4. Install Adobe Acrobat or Reader 8.
