The problem is not the toner cartridge, is the laser unit (LSU) for that color. Laser unit have a hexagonal mirror that spins on the motor shaft. Because the motor spins counterclockwise, on the left of each face of the hexagon mirror you will get a gradient deposit of dust. You will have to remove the LSU units and clean the mirrors and lens for all colors. Is not an easy work you know... call a professional service center if you are not a technician. You can search the web for a service manual and get a real help from it.

Clean the Corona Wire carefully to remove any residue. As the charge on the wire is effectivley masked it cannot deposit any toner to the page and will result in a consistent white vertical stripe.

Calibrate the printer. Follow these steps to calibrate the product and align the CPR.
1. Open HP Toolbox
2. In the Toolbox window, click the product model name to expand the menu choices.
3. Click to expand the Device Settings menu.
4. Select Print Quality from the Device Settings menu, and then click Calibrate on the Print Quality panel.
5. Click OK when the Your request has been sent to the device message appears on the computer.
The calibration begins and lasts for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
If the printout still not acceptable, repeat steps 1 through 5. You can recalibrate the printer as many as three times. If, after three calibration attempts, the printout is still the same, service the product.

3 Press 3 four times until COLD RESET appears on the control-panel display.
4 Press 6 one time. The MFP continues its initialization sequence.
