SOURCE: Error code 6A00, alarm light flashing, no copy, print or fax function working

I tried everything. I unplugged the machine and moved the printer cartridges to the far left and cleaned and pressed down the spring loaded sponge on the right, over and over again. I also moved the springloaded thing (w/white plastic) forward and backward. Another suggestion was to move the print cartridge holder back and forth sideways. None of these things helped. And there was nothing visibly out of place. I was stumped. Then I found a thread that suggested Windex!!! Even though the error seemed to correlate with a paper jam that had occurred, I was ready to try anything. I got paper towels and windex (I didn't have an eye dropper). I sprayed the paper and cleaned where the cartridges normally sit. Nothing. In desperation I sprayed each pad below the cartridge in the middle area and I sprayed the "sponge" thingy to the right. Really soaked it. Cycled the on/off about 3 times and IT WORKS! (Fingers are black but that's a minor issue compared to unhooking and transporting and waiting and paying for service...) When you cycle the Windex through it soaks up the sticky dried up ink and cleans things up. Don't use other cleaners--use Windex or water.

SOURCE: Functional Problem SC321-00

the sc320 code would indicate that the polygon motor should be replaced. when you turn on the machine, the normal high pitch buzz will not be there the motor is not spinning up. that's the reason for the blank copies.

the sc321 code is a "no laser writing signal (f-gate) error". which would caused by the polygon motor not spinning.

replace the polygon motor.

SOURCE: Canon 3200 only prints one copy from computer

You will probably have to delete and reinstall the printer. I have had features quit working on my 3200 and on my 2 105's. A work-around is to print to your mailbox and then print your job from there.

I tend to have problems from Microsoft products more than adobe.

Are you printing through a fiery or just through the print board on your copier. If you are using a fiery, then you can resend the job from the command work station (a free download if you are using the fiery).

Have a canon b95 faxphone machine. When receiving legal size documents, it receives and prints on 2 separate sheets. How do I correct so incoming only prints on 1 legal size paper

Use the settings to select LGL as the paper size. (But note that you have to have legal size paper in the machine)

1. Press the Function key (left side, lower right button)
2. Press the Start/Copy key (right side, lower center button). The display will show USER SETTINGS.
3. Press the Left or Right arrows (right side, upper row) until you see PRINTER SETTINGS in the LCD.
4. Press the Start/Copy key
5. Press the Left or Right arrows until you see PAPER SIZE in the LCD.
6. Press the Start/Copy key
7. Press the Left or Right arrows until you see LGL
8. Press the Start/Copy key
9. Press the Stop key (right side, lower right button).

Testing print cartridge

Printing is not possible with B-820. You can just make a copy of an original print. Put the original in the mentioned place, it displays 'Document Ready' then just press 'START' button twice. you'll get a copy.
