Vacume line is off --broke going to the trans. the valve that it go's to could be bad. Not hard to replace. That's what it sounds like.

It can also be theseat motor since there is seperate motors for up/down & forward/backwards. You can test the switch to see if you are getting power to the connector on the motor by using a multimeter.
If there is power to the motor, I would remove the motor and give it a tap on the ground. Alot of the time the motor is fine, and the tap will free it up again. If it doesn't work you may be up for a new seat motor. Giving mine a tap solved the issue with mine.

Sounds like a worn out put shaft. Its time for a transmission rebuild. Keep in mind that the stator inside of the Torque Converter is made out of plastic.

I would seem to me that the linkage which goes into the transmission from the shift lever on the steering wheel or on the side of the transmission itself, is not engaging. I doubt is is the transmission, but I am not an expert. You will probably have to take the vehicle to a garage, sot a service station. Hope this helps. Ken from N.H.

Probably. There may be a solenoid not working which is keeping the transmission from engaging the forward gear train but for it not to work at all is unusual.
