Clean the machine and replaced toner but same problem appears on screen
If you installed a new toner and the add toner message is still there either the stopper from the old toner bottle is still stuck in the machine or your developer is worn out and needs replacing.

You have to clean the fuse and the drum whit a vacuum cleaner, after that you will see some big diferences.

You say you have checked the toner and there is "enough inside", I don't know how you can check this and the error suggests that the cartridge needs replacing. Have you tried a new cartridge ? This is the first step.
Is the cartridge you get the error with a Ricoh cartridge or a compatible. If compatible this could be the cause of your error.
