Canon i70 bubble jet printer : print head is stuck all the way to the right, will not center, green/amber light alternating continually. Help ?!

- Too late. It's been trashed. Too bad. Loved the little thing when it worked. Wish I'd heard earlier....but thanks anyway. Think it was 3 oranges followed by a green, over and over. Did I screw up ?Clarification Request

Your printer may not be dead, at$200.00 they're anything but disposable. You need to count how many times the lights blink amber and green. It's a repeating pattern with a longer green and starts over. Could be printhead problem, absorber full error, or just a scrap of paper somewhere. Let me know the number of flashes before you toss it out.

You Canon printer seems to have RETIRED when it does that. It is a common canon prblem and that is why the smaller canon printers are referred to as DISPOSABLE printers. The motherboard of the printer has got a problem on it and would cost more that the price of a new printer to have fixed.
