How do I set the time on a 2 button Reebok vintage digital watch? It came with no instructions.

hi.i dont own one nor have i seen one but ive had old watches before. instead of just pressing the buttons try holding them down 1 at a time and hold the button until the digits flash. which ever button makes them flash the other one will change the time. another way is to press the button 2 or 3 times quickly ? and last try would be to look around the side of the watch and you might find a very small indent ( usualy between the buttons ) .. some of them need a pin to push that in to change the time. there the only ways i know, hope this helps

Watch face/knob rubbing a sore in wrist; had it adjusted twice; needs more adjusting? or is it too large for hand?

It depends. Maybe your skin is very sensible. May be the material used is't good for you. But mostly the main reason is: crown (you say knob) is too large for the wearer or have too sharp edges. Visit your nearest watch repair shop and explain what the problem is. Watchmaker will find other crown (different in shape and size, but no lesser quality) and will fit to your watch for your comfort. Rate me, plz.

Reebok Strapless Quick Touch Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Reg. Size)

Have tried going to a watch shop ? It may sound a bit obvious, but looking at your watch and comparing it with mine, I think that a standard strap might fit.

You have nothing to loose by asking and it tends to be expensive to send them back to the makers.
