Question about Intel Cpu Pentium Dual-Core E2180 2.0Ghz Fsb800Mhz 1M Lga775 Tray
Cannot find a driver for audio driver ubication 65535 code 28.
The CPU is irrelevant. You need to find an audio driver for your make and model of motherboard, not the CPU.

Some of the other answers are correct in saying that the audio driver (and most other drivers too for that matter) is connected with the motherboard not the CPU. The driver you need also depends on other things, for example your operating system. These other factors are usually into taken into account when you identify a potential driver. I suggest you look at your motherboard manufacturer's website for your m/b, drivers etc. The manufacturers of your sound system (should be identified in your m/b spec) or on-board sound chips might also supply drivers.
"The performance rate is mesured compared to a single core processor so your 2.2GHz dual core will do the same amount of work as a 4.95GHz single core." - this statement is misleading; it depends on what tasks you are doing. Some tasks can use only one processor at a time, and for that type of task a 4.95GHz single core processor will be about twice as fast as a dual core 2.2 GHz processor of the same architecture, but for other tasks the dual core processor will be as good or better. This is a complicated area. One method (discounting single known task usages) is assess the time taken for a wide range of tasks, and construct some sort of average (as in the PASSMARK software). Even then, identical processors in different set-ups do not return precisely the same score.....

You are worrying about nothing.
Intel Pentium Dual Core and Intel Celeron Dual Core are both Intel Core Dual processors.
The performance rate is mesured compared to a single core processor so your 2.2GHz dual core will do the same amount of work as a 4.95GHz single core.

The CPUs should fit in the socket. The question is really did your motherboard manufacturer design the board to take the newer chips. Post the make and model of your motherboard for more help.
