Question about Roxio Computers & Internet
This depends a lot on how your equipment is connected. Make certain that you have two red and white (right and left audio leads) connected to your computer. Also that the plug has not slipped out.
The next thing to do is check the sound settings of your computer. Sometimes the input settings are switched off.
Then check the software during capture has the right settings.
