How do i reset my canon ir3300 counter?

Disconnect from the mains for a couple of minutes. Press and hold the power button 2 seconds as you power back on. If that does not fix it, refer to the videos. If nothing fixes it, you will need a service call. This is an office machine.

what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.

The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.

It is indicating a problem with the memory writing to the counter pcb.Take back cover off check for lose leads going to the power control board

i m using canon ir3300 , showing paper jam at left side , but i checked there is no any paper, although there is showing jam. what to do.

Your Canon copier ir3300 shows front cover open, but actually it is not. It could be the sensor problem, try with this Power off the printer then unplug the printer's power cord, wait 5 seconds then replug the power cord in. Hold the Power button for 6 Beeps and release the Power Button. This will reset the printer and should resolve your problem.

First make sure a tech's installed the Canon Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit for the IR3300 (includes network kit and BOOT-ROM).
When you press the counter check button do you see IR3300(IR2200N)? If not then you don't have the printer kit installed.
If you have the print kit installed, the print drivers can be downloaded from the Canon website. You'll need to have your copier on your network.
You could then setup a local printer using a tcp/ip port (assign your copier a static IP address) on your server and then share it on your network.
