Turn on the PC, and press F8, enter Safe mode with command, then can see administrator and username, Choose administrator,input "net user username 123456 /add" .
Restart PC, now the password is 123456.

Locate and download a program called
Insert disc and restart computer:
Set your bios to start from the CD:
Just press F8 or whatever the screen says for the BIOS settings and/or options..
Set the boot option order to CD first rather than second or third.
The program will run and it will start to recover the passwords(s)
