turn the oven off at mains for a few secs. When you turn it on the display should flash 0.00 or 12.00. Press the clock button once ( don't hold it in) use the + or - to set time. Once time selected don't press anything else after a few secs the oven will register and hold you selection.
When you changed the bulb did you turn the power off at the mains if so then you need to reset the clock on the front panel the fan will not work but all other functions will look in book it will tell you clock reset.Hope I helped.
there may be a backup battery built in to this unit to keep the clock running in case the power goes out. depending on the age of the unit, it may need to be replaced. the battery size and number as well as it's location should be in the owner's manual.
facia panel most probably need removed, not to bad a job, but oven need to come out...
go to bosch, web site...search parts finder with your model , and you will see an exploded diagram, this may help yet you get an idea on how it comes apart..
failing that call an engineer...
