No, it is a myth. The largest publicly issued note is $100. There are larger denomination "certificates" used only between banks, but not as large as $1M.

This myth grew from production of novelty non-genuine $1M certificates sold for $1 each. There was upset at first until the Govt decided there were not illegal because they were not reproductions of a genuine banknote.

The serial number is said to refer to Corinthians 13:5.

Internet post state Cost of Obama vacations for the last eight years was 85 million dollars. Is that true or false?

True, although cost claims vary but the 85 million is 'reasonable'. The Christmas Hawaii vacation was around $5 million. Each one costs about $1.2 to $5 million a trip, for the obamas as a family, michelle on her own and even when the girls go on a school trip or vacation. So really only 17 vacations a year.!

Bretton Woods Agreement

I think I know something on it. Mainly in 1944 in Bretton Woods in the USA, members of the United Nations signed an agreement to establish a currency exchange rate system for economically developed nations. And the US dollar became the reserve currency since, following the end of World War Two, the USA could guarantee the exchange of their currency for a fixed amount of gold. To support a system of international payments, the IMF (International Monetary Fund) was created. Morever, the Bretton Woods agreement did not take into account the fact that countries would seek to accumulate as big a dollar reserve as possible. And this meant that the US could be put in a situation where it couldn't cover the reserves using its gold. Western Germany and France began to exchange their dollar reserves for gold in 1971 the US abandoned the obligations that they had assumed since 1994. For any kind of information please visit

Paypal currency conversion

Paypal along with any other bank can charge you above current listed exchange rates. They are charging what is called a currency conversion fee on top of the conversion rate. For instance, American Express will charge say 4% on top of the conversion when you spend foreign currency on their cards. MasterCard & Visa do the same thing. Even if you were to go to England tomorrow, when you bring your US dollars to have them converted in the airport the rate is always above the current spot market rate because they include a conversion fee. Sorry but you aren't due any money back and no interest, Paypal is doing nothing wrong.

How to I change the currency on the receipt from dollars to great british pounds?

I hope I can help.
As the currency exchange rate is constantly changing, I would recommended using and online rate calculator. There are many you can use, here are a couple I would suggest.
1. The first is actually a Google trick. You can simply type "number of British pounds to American dollars" into Google (of course replacing "number of" with the actual number) and hit "search." This should bring up an exact result. You will see two boxes with currency numbers in them, and if you want to try different amounts all you have to do is change the amount in one.
2. The second I would suggest is XE Converter. Just type the amount in the "amount" space, Select the currency you want to convert from, the currency you want to convert to, and then hit "convert."
I hope this helps!

How to pay for a diplomatic clearance seal for money coming into USA

How much money are you wanting to get into the USA? Millions? Billions?

Find a diplomat. Bribe the diplomat, and hope that the diplomat is "dishonest";
an "honest" diplomat would report you to the Police, and charge you with 2 crimes:
bribing an official, and for trying to circumvent currency-transfer restrictions.

How do you use the Exch rate mode? I think I know

From CASIO FAQ:

How do change the currency rate?

When you press the [M/EX] key, it toggles between conversion mode and memory mode. You will see "EXCH" on the display when in conversion mode.
C1, C2, and C3 are three conversion rates. C1 is your home country currency, and so it is always set to 1. C2 and C3 are rates for two other countries, which you can change.
For example, if you want to set a conversion rate of $1 to 0.95 euros, here is what you would do (using C1 for US dollars and C2 for euros):
1. Press [AC]
2. Hold [SET/%] for about two seconds until "SET" appears
3. Press [C2] to select currency 2
4. Input the conversion rate (0.95) and then press [SET/%] to store it in memory
You can check the currently set rate at any time by pressing [AC] and then [C2].

How do I perform a currency conversion?

If you want to convert 100 euros to US dollars, you would do the following (assuming you are using C1 for US dollars and C2 for euros):
1. Press [AC]
2. Enter 100 and then press [C2]
3. Press [C1] to convert to dollars
4. To convert back to euros again, press [C2]
You can also perform a currency conversion within a calculation. How much in US dollars would five items selling at 100 euros cost?
1. Press [AC]
2. Enter 5 [×] 100 and then press [C2]
3. Press [C1] [=]
