Not much info to go on. Check your inlet air filter, induction fan and proper fuel pressure to start with. Are you getting a smoky exhaust? May be bad fuel/air mixture.

Ihave an olsen high effiency gas furnace it cycles fine it heats fine but when the blower kicks in i can hear rattle type noise through the ductwork but at the furnace location i cant hear the noise

You need to gain access to the ducting and make sure that a joint hasn't come apart or rodents haven't gained access to the ducting. Also, if the duct is square metal ducting with the insulation on the inside, a piece and come loose. The trick is trying to find it. You can rent a plumbing camera and run it through the duct as well.

No a miller furnace I was told a nozzle was for homes and b was for mobile homes furnace. I have a miller furnace I want to put what is the right one in can you help me

Did you have an old nozzle to look at? The one that you're replacing? The Miller gun furnace for mobile homes is probably a .75 gal/hr. nozzle or less. You need a furnace tech to look at your furnace if you can't read the info. stamped on the nozzle. It will have a .75, or .65 maybe gal/hr rating and a number for the angle in degrees.Like 80 degree nozzle.
If you match up what came out of it,you should be fine. don-ohio (:^)

I have an Olsen furnace. It's not running and there is a red light blinking. What's wrong?

Count the blinks in between pauses. On the door of the furnace will be a legend that tells you what that number of blinks mean. For instance 3 blinks may mean open limit switch or pressure switch failed to close, something like that. Post here what it tells you then we can help.

What is the best oil furnace on the market today 2011?

Your question is quite wide open to interpretation,Size, venting option, space availability,,,,But, if i think you wish to install this in a ,,lets say 1500 sqare feet home,, i would say a oil furnace made by olsen. Burns clean, effeciency depends on model, but sometime i would sacrifice a half % of efficiency for reliability, ease of maintnance,(not enough good ,reliable technicians in this field) quietness, odor free, parts availability, life span, ect ect.Stick with a canadian or north american made oil burner. I aint too fancy on the riello burners or even worse, a burner made for 50 different furnace model. I like the becket or aero burners. Choose a dc fan motor, direct dive if available. Stick with a chimney versus a direct or power vent.

Aprilaire 600 bypass water flow rate

The water is only dispensing over the evaporator pad while the furnace is in the heating mode. When the furnace finishes cycling the humidifier will also stop.
