Yes they have fuses, I am positive it's your fuse, take all 5 screw's off and you'll see it at the back on the right hand side were the ac cord goes in.

If ever the fuse is blown like that, you have a major short on the circuitry. Check first the rectifier diode a by-passing one diode can do this. Also the chopper component may it is a transistor, FET, or regulator IC. Also check the main filter capacitor, shunt resistor.
If ever, you can isolate first the secondary circuit. To troubleshoot first the power supply side. You have to have at least an standby power.
