My nokia Lumia 1520 does not see Roku streaming stick when I try to use mirroring.
My Lumia is running windows 8.1 mobile, the Cyan version which I understand, does support the miracast. Yet, the lumia's "project my screen" tab keeps searching and there is message on screen that "This phone can't project your screen with a wireless connection. Connect with USB". It does connect to roku device when using their app for windows 8.1, for the remote control usage and for streaming the photos and music to the tv. Just for mirroring, it does not see the roku device. I have contacted Roku and they determined that the roku stick does have latest software. How to handle this issue?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Once you plug the Roku Streaming Stick into an HDMI port and connect the micro USB port to either your HDTV's USB port or the included USB wall adapter, you can set up your viewing experience just like with any other Roku product. It's a very simple process, similar to authorizing a device to access Netflix: The Streaming Stick prompts you with a code you enter on Roku's Web site to link your account to it. After that's done, you can add content channels (or restore your channel list from a previous Roku device) to the Streaming Stick either through the Roku Web site or the on-screen channel store.
