Two most probable problems:
If it's still under warranty, get it repaired.
If not, buy a new one

SOURCE: I have a Tablet that was giving to me from a friend but she has forgotting her password and its lock at the main screen. I tried by pressing the reset button as well pressing the volume button but not
Take it back to the generous person who gave it to you and ask her to try hard to remember the password or to unlock it for you so that you can change the pattern. Or contact the manufacturer's service center.

I am not familiar with your brand of tablet, but my Proscan 10" one has a reset button on the back. If you can find it listed in the owners manual or somewhere on the tablet, I would try that next.

guess is that the float level is not closing (need to open float bowl and clean everything inside with carb cleaner. Confirm that the float is operating (up and down) . Reassemble and try again...should be fine.
