We have an Asko Dishwasher Model D1706-are there still timers available for this model?

Had repairman out-he tells us the timer needs to be replaced and these parts are no longer available?

Ask Asko directly whether the timer is still available or another one is available to replace it.

call asko directly, or call Great Plains Appliance Parts. Don't know the numbers, but Asko stocks parts in Texas, and Great Plains stocks them in Denver.

Hello, I have a quite old Asko washing machine, type 12605 with a problem. First of all, a few days ago it couldn't get rid of the water and it turned out the filter near the pump in the bottom was...

Unfortunately, I was unable to find your model listed with any of the suppliers we are currently using so finding the right parts could be a problem! From what you described, I was leaning towards a control board or mechanical timer and went to look it up, and that is when I couldn't find your model listed.

SO although a repairman could fix it, they will have a hard time finding parts to fix it! You might try to see if parts are still available through Asko - http://www.askousa.com/dishwashers/xxl_dishwashers/dishwasher-d5893xxlfi/

Asko D1706 No water in the sprinklers

You can get access to the base from behind the dishwasher ,you will find about 6 screws to remove the back panel at the bottom to see if its leaking.
