Question about Samsung Washing Machines
I tried using different wash cycle like: fuzzy, blanket to see if it is the water would turn off after it is full and the rinsing has started. But the water keep running. I have to stop the machine and change cycle to spin so as to drain the tub. Please HELP!!!!!!
This could be the water valve getting stuck on. you may need to replace the valve in question (hot or cold). it could be the pressure sensor that tells the machine when to stop filling. check there are no obstructions to the pipe leading to the pressure sensor, then replace the sensor (or board it is on)

Check your outlet filter, most likely it is blocked, preventing the water from draining out. Chk your pump too. Before this disconnect from the wall socket; and also check the pipe coming from the tub to the filter. Siphon out the excess water from inside the machine before you open the pipes.

be sure the drain hose is not lower than the wash tub this will caust the water to run out, 2nd be sure the drain hose is not pushed to far into the house stand pipe and the there is rome for air to go inbetween the drain hose and stand pipe eather of these will cause the machine to siphon mostly on rince cycle or on the 2nd and third loads you do. last your house drain could be starting to back up fill the washer with water and listen to it drain if you hear a gurggling sound in the house pipe you may need a plumber to cleanthis out for you.

SOURCE: Doesnot stop filling water
To javed_iqb904, does the drum actually fill or does it seem like that water is draining out as it's filling?
To neonllama19, if it fills with the tap on and the machine off, it sounds like a defective water valve. If it never stopped filling it sounds like a defective pressure switch or hose to the pressure switch is loose or diconnected.
