I hv the sam problem. I don't understand the manual. And I don't know how to go to the PRG mode.
I can't turn the key to PRG. It's not stuck, I just can't. There is no hole for the key to turn it backwards from the OFF mode.

Please help me how to start reprogramming it

You need to get a programming key from a supplier. The one you have does not permit programming

Missing a key for javelin cs-100 cash register

I would say the manufacturer or possibly a locksmith could just replace the lock and then you have new keys.

I own a sharp javelin CS 200 cash register , this is urgent please, I cannot trade nothing seems to be working on any key, with the letters PE coming up on screen. I cannot locate my book for the...

You can download the user manual here

7-15 shows you how to reset the machine, which you may need to do. This will erase everything but should get you back in business.

First though make sure you have tried turning off the machine, unplugging it for a few seconds and then plugging back in/turning on. If that doesn't fix it then:

Power off the machine, then while holding down "C" and "7", power on the machine. This clears working memory.

If that doesn't work, power off, the hold "C" and "3" and power on. This clears working memory and report data.

Last resort is the same as above but press "C" and "9" keys while turning on. This clears everything.

I have just bought a second hand casio TE-M80 cash register does anyone know how to clear all existing data from its memory

Which data did you need to clear? It might be easier to edit the program so you don't have so much work to do.
If anyone needs a Casio TE-M80 operation / programming manual, try here:
