Well most logic thing to do is to ask the creator who made it or the company who sold the item, how to do that? Well either write a letter to them, or look on the internet. Look on the back on the toy and write it on a piece of paper and keep it and either write a letter to the company or type it on the internet. After you've done that you should get the results.
