Well if you have an android just take off the case and you should see a lined square take off the square, if it's an iPhone XL there is not battery only a charger and on the side there is a Sims card you just push it and it comes out.

My battery for canon camera 550d flashes orange when charging, its been 4 hours now and it hasnt turned green yet.. I am charging it first time.. is this normal

Okay what happens sometimes is the charger gets into a feed back loop. What to do is remove the battery unplug the charger wait a few seconds (Maybe 20/30) plug the charger back into the outlet and then put the battery back in the charger. It should start to charge again and a few minutes later go to the blinking for full charge green.

It'll happen the other way as well meaning if the battery gets a memory (they say they don't but they do) you need to unplug the battery let is sit till it's cool and put it back on charge again. I've had this problem many times and have put it on charge and back off several times with in 15 minutes before it started to charge as it should.

Also these batteries do have a life span and if it's a three year old battery with many charges it could be failing meaning it just won't take a full charge.

My iphone is not getting charged!!

Try charging your phone via wall and computer if - still no luck try a different charger - still no luck - then make sure you have the latest version of itunes installed on your computer and create a back up of your phone ( in itunes right click on your phone in devices, select back up) then once that process has finished restore your phone as a new iphone, then try to charge your iphone, if this still doesnt work check when you bought your phone as you may be covered by your warrenty to get it fixed.

** restoring your phone as new will wipe it completely it could be the software on the phone affecting it functioning correctly but if you want info back choose to restore your phone from a back up by selecting your phone from the device menu in itunes & click on restore from a back up and click the earlier you made.

Charging battery

Take it back to the store get your money back and then go out and get a real camera. The m853 is a piece of junk. I had the same / similar problems and Kodak is clueless about the problem.

try a new battery fully charged, problem with your charging block probably, had the same problem with my fone and it was the charging block problem.take of the back case, you'll see two screws there ,unscrew them lift the back gently a bit and then screw it back on,will fix the charging problem temporarily or atleast you'll find out where the problem is.gud luck

Had the same thing happen to me. Went out and bought a new battery and it, too, does not charge. Apparently something messed up with the in-camera charging system. It will charge for several minutes (charge light illuminated) and then the charge light goes dark. Battery gage shows that there is virtually no time left on either battery (old or new). Anyone have any ideas other than a trip back to Sony?
