SOURCE: LG Dare - Short drop - unresponsive Dare!

1) Try removing the battery
2) wait 60 seconds
3) reinsert and power on
4) if problem is not resolved you need to get it in for warranty replacement.

If you are on verizon, you can walkin to any verizon store with a tech support dept and they may be able to exchange it onsite.

Hope this helps.

Why no sound on Onkyo TX-8011

Hello Randy Risher, At this point being that you are not getting any audio from any source, I would suggest a reset. To do this press and hold down the Tape 1 input on the receiver. While holding that button down press the Direct Tuning button. You will see the word CLEAR in the screen which indicates that you have done the reset correctly. If after the reset the audio does not return then the unit would have to go in for service. However, being that it is very old (2004 model) it's not guaranteed that there are parts available for the receiver. I would call our product support team at 800-229-1687 x3 to see if your receiver is eligible for trade in program. Thanks, FJD

About a week ago I spilled some water on my ASUS U81A laptop keyboard. Put it upside down, turned it off, and took the battery out immediately. Opened up the keyboard to help it dry. Two days later I...

You should fully disassemble the laptop & thoroughly inspect its inside. Look for any traces of water on the circuit boards & on other components. On circuit boards, water damage appears in the form of whitish traces. These needs to be wiped off. This can be done using a tooth brush moistened with few drops of hand sanitizer liquid.
Check all internal connectors & make sure that no water seeped into them. Dry them if needed.
When you are done, re-assemble back the laptop.
If the water fell on the keyboard & you found out that the keyboard is no longer working, then you will have to replace the keyboard.

Onkyo TX-8011 stereo receiver only rt. channel works barely.

First of all verify that there is no need for a "shorting plug" on the back of the receiver. Look for Pre-amp IN and Amp-IN RCa jacks. These may need to be connected. Also verify that the tape monitor switch has not been engaged. This too will result in only hearing crosstalk when the volume is all the way up. Update this with your results and we'll continue from there if the problem remains.
