the flexcable needs to be replaced so take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced the cable for you.

1) Try removing the battery
2) wait 60 seconds
3) reinsert and power on
4) if problem is not resolved you need to get it in for warranty replacement.
If you are on verizon, you can walkin to any verizon store with a tech support dept and they may be able to exchange it onsite.

well wen you dropped it did the ink move luiek the colours where were wrong for example the white was pink etc.. if this has happened ,and it is common in touch screen phones, the phone is no longer good you can still keep it if you want but the problems will get worse n worse until its just gone
