Question about Toshiba Satellite Computers & Internet
Some computers allow you to remove the bios battery (removing the main battery too of course). But, you will have to open up your laptop to achieve that.
Pros: You will remove the BIOS password
Cons: You may loose all your computer BIOS config too.

If the BIOS password cannot be remembered, the unit will need to be sent in for password removal. This service is not covered under warranty and charges will apply to have the password removed.
Please go to Fix My Acer and set the unit up for service requesting BIOS password removal. In the description please use the following: "Requesting BIOSpassword removal".
Note: This is for the BIOS password only and does not include the Windows login password. Acer does not remove Windows login passwords.
