Hello Jason,

It may be the contacts on the On/Off switch.
Dirt build-up may be the cause of the problem.

If not, then I would suggest you give them a call (or email) to trouble shoot the problem.

Worx leaf blower/vac WG500 - tried to use it this season and I plug it in and I get nothing - the extension cord is good, but the Worx doesn't suck or blow. Seems like no power. Any thoughts

Try cleaning the connection prongs on the leaf blower..some times corrosion builds up when not in use..also if you have a multi meter and know how to check continuity you can check the run switch...just use something like tape to hold the switch in the on position..and the with the meter in the ohlms " continuity " position touch the meter wires to the connection meter should show continuity if not the switch is not making connection with the power supply..may need cleaned or replaced...if it shows continuity and still Does not work...need to be serviced...

Cutting line either does not advance or it advances to much.

Are you using the correct gauge line? Is the spring properly installed?

I need to remove the trimmer head, weeds are bound up between it and the safety guard

Please unattached the protective cover before you do anything, then remove plastic strings and unscrew middle to do this. You will see a screw to remove the head.

My trimmer does't work longer then 20 minutes. I can only get part of my lawn done. it takes 3 days to get it done with my trimmer.

I hate to have to break the news to you, but it probably never will. The batteries sold with the Worx trimmers are very cheap. I recommend either buying a few extra batteries and keeping them all charged so you can finish the job or buying a gas or plug in trimmer.

I had one of these last year and there is just no way you are going to get any more out of it. Sorry.
