Question about Lexmark Impact S305 Wireless All-in-One Printer w/Copy/Print/Scan
I replaced new ink. I'm still receiving the error message. "There is a problem with the printhead. Please consult users Guide". I consult the users guide. Cleaned the heads. I am still getting error message.
You need to replace the print head. The ink is fine but your print head is no longer good.

Hi Your error is to try
Error 1203 is an issue that occurs either when a cartridge is bad or the printer cartridge Slot is bad...
1 - try cleaning the copper contacts of the both carts and cart slot in the printer and try again..
2 - when error shows up, shut the printers power off; wait one minute and turn it back on press copy.
