If you are booking through the app, you can select 'Track Booking' & then find your current booking. Select the booking, hit options & then select 'Cancel.'
If you are booking via our website, click on the link that states 'View last booking' in the right hand corner. Then select 'Cancel.'
If you have booked via the phone, please call 13 2227 and advise one of our operators that you'd like to cancel your booking & provide the address.
