If it has a protective cover (after market bought), remove it carefully. Then look around the edges of the tablet for any buttons. There will likely be 2 or more plus a port where you can plug in headphones or ear buds. There should also be a USB port used for charging the tablet. Back to the buttons, press each of them and hold each for at least two seconds. If none of them turn the tablet on, your battery may need charging.
