Check the manual that came with your motherboard if you still have it. If you don't, google for the model of your motherboard and look for bios reset jumper. You will have to open the case, and place the jumper, then turn the machine on, wait for a beep (or series) and shut the machine off and remove the jumper. That should reset to factory settings on the motherboard. You will have to go into the bios and set the date/etc again.
In the future, I would suggest installing one of the many free antivirus programs, or disabling only the USB data access via your Windows Security Policy Editor. As you have found out, disabling in the BIOS effects everything USB. Disabling inside Windows for only data access will prevent USB drives but not keyboards, mice, printers.
