I'm sorry i didnt get back to you sooner. do you happen to have the sheet meant for cleaning it? from what i can find it is either the wheels are dirty, there is ink or dust on ink cartidge or you will need to uninstall and reinstall the programe software. im sorry i could be a better help i'll still try and figure it out though.

Thanks for getting back. I looked at my Question and when I mark the # for the product it comes out wrong. This is a Pandigital Photolink Scanner Model PANSCN05. Not to say your ideal is NOT the problem I don't know, but I don't think there is an ink cartidge. I did clean though.

I had several pictures already scanned to my computer.I wanted to add some more, without the ones already in there being sent again so I thought if I formatted the sdcard it would delete the first...

Uh-oh, that's indicating that there are no images to scan on the SD Card. If you reformatted the SD Card, I'm afraid those pictures are lost. :(

Your scanner might have internal memory, check your user manual to see if this is the case. If it does, some of your pictures might be stored on the scanner's hard drive.

How to scan a document in HP F 4288 deskjet

Open printer suite and open scan option from it.

or

Open Microsoft Word > Insert > Pictures > From Scaner > Scan page will come out > Preview > Scan > Picture inserted in Word page > Set Picture In front of text > OK > right click at picture > save as picture file > choose save as JPEG file > Save.

Now you can use it as picture files.

No picture but has sound

The problem can be caused by a bad sustain board (Ysus Zsus) , the popping sound is often caused by a capacitor blowing up.
The TV must be taken apart and tested before eventually replacing sustain boards.

No picture no sound

Hi,

Probably, the selftest fails while turning on. If this is the case, press input&menu buttons at the same time for 5 seconds, then the green led will start to blink. Let me know how many times the led blinks.
